Parliament Hill Toastmasters meets in downtown Ottawa, in the meeting room of the Main Branch Location of the Ottawa Public Library, 120 Metcalfe Street (at Laurier Avenue West). Guests are always welcome. Then make sure to attend the upcoming educational at Parliament Hill Toastmasters! Earle DePass, DTM and District 61 Division D Governor, will be demonstrating to us the process of Parliamentary Procedure. The only better place to learn Parliamentary Procedure would be from the public gallery in the House of Commons!
