 How does one know if they have what it takes to be a leader? What is leadership? Why does anyone want to be a leader? Find out the answers to these questions and more at Parliament Hill Toastmasters, on April 16 at 6:30 pm. We will be having as a guest speaker none other than Frank Schilder, DTM and current District 61 Governor. Frank will be talking to us about something which, as Governor of District 61, he knows a lot about: LEADERSHIP.
